Summary:
Student employee working in an administrative position. Answering phones, greeting guests, performing clerical work, and other duties as assigned in the Advising Office of CAS.
Essential Functions
- Answer the main CAS Advising phone line.
- Greet all guests that enter the office.
- Create appointments for students with advisors.
- Check in students for their appointments.
- Create flyers and handouts for the office as needed.
- Make copies and perform other clerical tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- $17.50-$18.00 per hour.
- Part-Time.
- 20 hours per week.
- Must be an AU student.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience.
- Students who hold a FWS award are highly encouraged to apply.
- This position is available only to enrolled American University students.
