Software Engineer I for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Pittsburgh, PA)

Responsibilities

• Provide software technical support for Honeywell Intelligrated customers.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails and help resolve software problems for customers.
• Perform root cause analysis of software issues for customers.
• Fix software defects by modifying software source code.
• Develop software enhancements to be sold for additional revenue.
• Deploy software modifications when scheduled.
• Document software troubleshooting processes.

• 40 hours/week

You Must Have

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 1 year of experience with software development. Full term of experience must include the following: writing code in Java; understanding various software development lifecycles. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted when not at customer site.
