Our company is looking for a Director of National Accounts to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend new markets/customers;
  • Other related duties as needed;
  • Proactively develop and recommend innovative ideas to build new business opportunities;
  • Work on contract proposals for existing customers and new clients;
  • Create and implement a sales plan to meet and exceed annual sales targets for full telecom and fiber product portfolio;
  • Produce sales/business reports and internal summary reports;
  • Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff;
  • Successful development, review and execution of sales account plans;
  • Responsible for reporting on sales, retention, revenue and forecasting for the team to leadership and finance;
  • Develop and maintain strategic professional relationships with key decision makers;
  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed professional with the ability to think and act strategically with demonstrated strategy development experience;
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to illustrate potential opportunities for our technologies’ applications;
  • 7+ years of successful experience in access/sales/marketing;
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in developing and executing strategic business plans;
  • Strong financial analytical skills including the ability to manage expenses and budget;
  • Ability to interact with and influence Senior Management, peers, and other functions;
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking within a team environment to achieve goals;
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability to build alliances and influence key decision makers both internally and externally without formal authority;
  • The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, organized, enjoy leading and developing Team Members and interacting with guests;
  • Efficient organizational skills (time/territory management) a must;
  • Minimum of 10 years “high end” strategic selling experience required;
  • Prior sales leadership experience in the private club or related businesses and/or the hospitality market required;
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong proficiency with all MS Office applications and company provided eRM and client reporting systems.
