This is a fully onsite position; must be local to Carrollton, GA!
Responsibilities Of The Sr Maintenance Reliability Manager
Lead teams to implement and develop preventative maintenance activities that will ensure equipment and process reliability.
Assist employees with the repair of electrical and mechanical systems and ensure industrial machinery follows electrical codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Resolve equipment and process deficiencies by collaborating with operation teams to modify processes as needed.
Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment as needed.
Required Skills for the Sr Maintenance Reliability Manager:
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or related fields
5+ years of Maintenance Management experience
Strong background supporting Mechanical and Manufacturing equipment
Extensive experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and electronic controls.
