QC Lead

We are looking for a talented Senior Quality Control Lead to join a global manufacturing company. In this role you will be working organizing the olfactive QC lab ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining the integrity of QC results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in designing tactical and operational plans to meet quality control goals
• Complete QC tasks in assigned areas of activity with a focus on efficiency
• Oversee and mentor QC analysts I/II/III and QC technicians in conducting evaluations
• Monitor team and individual performance
• Ensure maintenance of test equipment
• Coach QC analysts and technicians
• Promote the development and promotion of local QC talents
• Contribute to the execution of annual HR processes
  
  

Education And Skills

• Bachelors’ degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science or related
• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in a similar position
• Management experience
• Previous experience in sensory evaluation required
• Proficiency in procedures and techniques for laboratory operations
