As a Director of Sales, a typical day for you will include:

  • Residential & Commercial Sales Strategy Development:
  • Sales Program Creation:
  • Franchise Owner Sales Training:
  • Partnerships and Stakeholder Management:
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own.

(Required Qualifications)

Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

  • Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience in the below:
    • Proven track record as a commercial sales director or in a similar relevant role.
    • Strong background in sales and/or marketing, including managing relationships with key clients.
    • In-depth understanding of lawn and landscape industry.
    • Creating and managing sales programs across multiple locations and/or franchise experience a plus.
