Director, Clinical Operations
Leadership and Management:

- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimalutilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage workforce planning across states to ensure staffing capabilities for clinics
- Develop and manage the clinical operations budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service delivery.
- Participate in financial planning and forecasting for clinical services and staffing.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals for the organization.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinical services.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in clinical care.
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure ongoing education and professional development for all clinical team members.
- Handle operational questions and escalations within the region.
- Collaborate with the VP of Onsite Health Solutions to address critical issues, business growth opportunities, key relationships, and budgeting discussions.
- Oversee overall service delivery to ensure execution, client satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
- KPI (key performance indicator) driven with the ability to manage and execute on a strategic plan and budget.
- Strong problem-solving and executive skill sets.
- Manage all allocated resources, including time, expenses, supplies, and labor, to achieve financial margins and outcomes.
- Master scheduling for Onsite Health Services Team Members, including staffing partners.
- Ensure onboarding and competency of OHS Team Members.
- Maintain accurate training records for compliance.
- Participate in on-site events as needed.
- Ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed timely per clinic needs.
- Address client questions, manage inquiries, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain client records in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.
- Oversee clinic schedules and ensure payment handling procedures are followed
- Ensure availability of supplies, tests, client literature, and other necessary materials for the clinic.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic.
- Maintain working areas and equipment in line with health, safety, hygiene, and general housekeeping standards.
- Assist with other clinic duties as needed, including supporting team members such as Health Care Workers.
- Maintain good working knowledge of the services provided.
- Manage performance, actively coach, mentor, and direct staff to improve performance.
- Ensure internal and external education, training, and activities for self and staff to promote personal and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 4-5 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing clinical operations.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of clinical operations experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in a leadership or managerial role.
- Start-up environment experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proficiency in clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Current state licensure as an RN, ARNP, PA in FL.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
- The role requires a blend of office-based tasks and on-site supervision of clinical operations. The Director of Clinical Operations should be prepared to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions swiftly.
