Position Description

A growing law firm is seeking a financial professional to join their team as an Accounting Manager. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for providing key accounting analysis to support the firm’s leadership in strategic decision-making. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and financial planning functions, and overseeing audit, filing, and revenue related activities. This position will involve generating financial reports, analyzing and explaining variances, and managing treasury and banking processes.

Required Skills

The firm seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of accounting experience in a law firm. The qualified individual must have superior skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of law firm billables. Ideally, the Accounting Manager will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and project management skills, and a desire to improve internal processes and systems. This person should also be well-versed in accounting and financial planning best practices.

Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-150,000 /annual
