Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)

Location: Northborough, MA 01532

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and coordination skills. This position is highly administrative and requires someone who can manage multiple aspects of the recruitment process, maintain candidate files, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across various platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Review and screen resumes; make decisions on applicant suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and attract potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and records.
• Ensure all job descriptions and candidate files are accurate and up to date.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on talent acquisition coordination.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
