Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to address client issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
