Our client is a Series B scale-up (heading for Series C) scale up business revolutionizing digital identity solutions.

The organization HQ is Sydney, Australia, and they have commercial teams in London, UK, and the US (San Francisco), and as the business scales, so comes the need for some cohesion around the people & culture in the business to bring everyone together.

The organization is on a mission to make online interactions safer, seamless, and more secure through highly accurate digital identity verification.

With a rapidly growing team and a commitment to innovation, they are poised to lead the industry and redefine digital trust.

Head of People and Culture, you will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, driving the people strategy and championing the company values. You will lead the People function, including, employee engagement, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Your goal will be to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that empowers our team to achieve the team to deliver their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned with our business objectives, driving a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent who align with our mission and values.
  • Employee Engagement: Create programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace experience.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and heard.
  • Learning and Development: Implement continuous learning opportunities that support professional growth and career advancement for all employees.
  • Culture Building: Be the steward of the company culture, ensuring that their values are reflected in every aspect of the employee experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a People and Culture role, preferably within a fast-growing tech company.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing successful D&I programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
