As Brand President, you will lead a team of business coaches and trainers to support franchisees while working closely with the Holding Company's shared services (customer contact center, marketing, technology, etc.) to ensure appropriate support is delivered. Collaboration with other Brand Presidents will ensure consistency and the sharing of best practices across all brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the brand's Franchise and Franchisee operations.
  • Allocate 75% of your time to daily operations and 25% to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Create and document operational best practices and KPIs.
  • Act as a liaison between the Home Office and franchisees.
  • Monitor franchise metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Provide guidance to maximize franchisee investments.
  • Assist franchisees with marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Partner with franchise sales during the discovery and sales process.
  • Develop scalable support mechanisms in coordination with HoldCo Shared Services.
  • Serve as the escalation point for franchisee issues.
  • Manage franchisee ideas and the Business Coaching Department’s performance.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings and provide performance feedback.
  • Hire and train new staff members.

Requirements

  • 10 years of managerial experience in a franchise or service industry.
  • Strong financial skills with the ability to interpret reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • Proven management skills in coaching and motivating teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and manage relationships in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and adaptability to new tools (MS Office, CRM, Google Docs).
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S.
