This role will be a key partner to our Legal, Finance, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and Tech teams. The HR Business Partner is a strategic and consultative role that serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers. This position plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall business success.

Business Partnership

In this role you will get to:

  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and managers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and provide proactive advice and support.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and implement effective HR solutions.

Talent Management

  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Collaborate with managers on employee onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Organizational Development

  • Work with business leaders to identify organizational development needs and recommend solutions to improve performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Support change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Compensation Planning

  • Provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions, promotions, and salary adjustments.

HR Analytics And Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to business leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Utilize data to drive evidence-based decision-making and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PHR and / or SHRM-CP, is a plus
  • 4-6 years’ experience as an HR Professional spanning a broad range of disciplines.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building out processes, employee programs and L&D.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of HR best-practices and regulations governing employment laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail platform is a plus
  • Ability to juggle and manage competing tasks and demands and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000.

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
