Responsibilites:

  • Take charge of the team and achieve both project goals and revenue growth goals
  • Develop and implement strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Create effective customer acquisition strategies
  • Engage in effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Offer support and leadership
  • Willingness to travel for work, both domestically and internationally

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiation and presentation skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives
  • Charismatic and dynamic personality, with the ability to captivate and engage potential customers
  • Provide coaching and training to team members
  • Assess team performance and implement enhancements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
