We are representing an Executive Assistant opportunity with an Investment Firm that provides investment solutions to high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. This person will be responsible for managing the efficient operation of the New York office, while supporting the Executive team with client and market-facing activities as well assisting with select strategic and marketing communication.
In office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling travel arrangements, and organizing firmwide meetings/events
Serve as a key liaison for visitors, clients, and recruits in NY office (organizing all aspects in advance and assisting throughout the visit)
Assist with firm’s invoice processing and bill pay
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure that the cleanliness and organization of the office environment is maintained
Manage client correspondence by directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses
