Your Future Responsabilités As An Accounts Payable Clerk
- Performs highly repetitive and routine clerical duties within assigned segment of accounting, working in accordance with clearly prescribed procedures
- Perform day to day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Views source documents/invoices for accuracy, matches invoices with appropriate supporting documentation
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Prepare bank deposits and post customer payments
- Organize the e-filing system
- Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

- Minimum one year experience in a related field;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Simply Accounting is an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
