Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Lead the dedicated team as CEO of EngAGE, Inc., a unique nonprofit organization that transforms affordable senior, family, and intergenerational housing communities into vibrant centers of learning, wellness, and creativity in CA and OR. We provide professionally delivered, free, on-site programs in well-being, the arts, lifelong learning, and community building, and we encourage intergenerational connections. We address this country’s epidemic of loneliness by creating beneficial social connections and a strong sense of belonging for our residents and partners in all communities we serve.


To assume this leadership role, we are looking for an individual with these required qualifications:

  • a minimum of five years of top executive-level leadership experience
  • a minimum of five years of grant writing experience and demonstrated fundraising skills
  • an understanding of our mission
  • willingness to travel in California and Oregon to visit our communities and meet with developers

The candidate must be California-based. It is highly desirable for the candidate to have professional nonprofit contacts in the California area.


Compensation Range: $145,000-$160,000 per year, plus a full package of benefits.
