Also, an investigation into the reasons for each error found should be conducted.
The eventual result should be detailed procedures and training with the intention of creating high levels of inventory record accuracy.
Some of the counts will have to be performed during weekends.

Every analyst gets a deck of suppliers with 200 to 250-part numbers total, the Analyst follows with the suppliers on a daily basis for shipments, window times changes, schedule changes etc.
