The Controls Coordination team is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the purchase of goods and services for Controls deployment work. This position requires heavy ticket and e-mail communication with customers and partner teams, as well as using a wide variety of software tools to process purchasing requests. The Project Coordinator will work within a fast-paced team environment is expected to meet performance and quality metrics.
Job Responsibilities
Submit Purchase Requests (PRs)
Submit Work Orders (WOs) and Change Orders (COs)
Add line items into Salesforce
Update request tickets with PR, WO, and CO status
Work internally with other departments to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are delivered in a timely manner
Use a wide variety of software systems to process requests
Meet all performance and quality metrics
Job Requirements
Associate’s Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with high-volume processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
