About The Job

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Media Coordinator who will assist in planning online & offline media, oversee campaign execution and real-time + post campaign analysis in close partnership with the Media Manager and local partner agencies.

This role is responsible for planning media within channels including but not limited to Digital Display, OOH, Print and Lightboxes within North & South America.

Profile

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Display, Print & OOH Media Planning

  • Coordinate digital display, print, and OOH media activity across 5 local media agencies to ensure all media plans are up to date and within budget
  • Partner with Media Manager on strategy development and optimal partner/channel mix to meet campaign objectives
  • Compile digital display campaign overviews and reporting by outlining targeting, metrics, & details per partner. Work with media vendors and agencies to ensure digital activity is running smoothly on an ongoing basis, making optimizations as needed to ensure optimal performance
  • Create weekly campaign analysis of all live digital display campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of channel KPIs within luxury landscape
  • Monitor relevant competitive activity across all channels for internal reporting
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary
  • Media Production
  • Manage delivery of digital display, OOH, print and lightbox campaign assets between LV HQ and local production agencies
  • Oversee digital display asset production with all media partners, review and consolidate test link previews and necessary approvals from HQ to ensure an on time launch
  • Compile digital display screenshots for all live campaigns
  • Manage OOH creative production for all printed and digital units from inception to live execution
  • Produce creative allocation for all print advertising campaigns in partnership with Media Manager, cross checking merchandising buys to ensure advertised product is available in zone
  • Review layouts to spec, tagging and color (key priority for role) prior to production to align with LV HQ guidelines
  • The ideal candidate will possess a previous track record and experience in cross-channel media planning, ideally in the luxury and/or fashion sector. Managing projects independently, having clear communication skills and able to take direction is essential. This individual will partner closely with the Media Manager and Media Director on team projects while also working independently. We welcome individuals with a keen eye for detail, great at problem solving, strong organizational skills, possessing accountability, a team player and someone that excels in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $28-$30 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
