We have an opening for the Web Content manager role in Columbus, OH

Mode of Interview: Webcam/In person

Work Location: Columbus, OH

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Shift: EST

Applicant must have 4 years of experience with the following.

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Communications, English, Writing, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or UX Design preferred
  • Experience in operational management, content operations specialist, content manager, content creator, content coordinator, or UX writer role
  • Attention to detail and proven organizational and planning skills
  • Experience formatting content and metadata based on SEO best practices
  • Passion for how content can make or break user experience
  • Ability to see content holistically, and how it all works together, from the smallest piece of microscopy to an entire site architecture
  • Ability to make complicated topics clear and understandable
  • Expert understanding of web-writing best practices and the ability to communicate those to others clearly
  • Outstanding professional and interpersonal communication skills
  • Respect for deadlines and ability to pivot on multiple content-driven projects
  • Experience using Cloud nary, HCL content management, Contently, Tiny editor, and Forms.io preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and IOP is desired
  • Knowledge in tools of the trade including SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
