For over 20 years, POM juice has led the functional beverage space, and our brand marketing team is constantly seeking new ways to innovate across digital, in-store, partnerships, and product packaging.
We're seeking a Marketing Associate to help drive brand management projects for our POM Wonderful beverages, fresh pomegranates, and arils. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager, you'll coordinate the implementation of new point-of-sale projects and support the brand team in executing successful campaigns. This cross-functional role allows you to collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, finance, operations, and our in-house agency teams (Creative, Insights, Media, and PR). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven marketing, collaboration, and creative project management, while building a comprehensive skill set in brand management and campaign execution.
We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Our office is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and in-house agency teams to facilitate execution of all sales-team requested creative assets, prioritizing projects to ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
- Assist in planning and execution of events for internal, external, and trade teams, including set-up, logistics, and vendors.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data sources, including syndicated data, to glean valuable insights and contribute to team brainstorms.
- Manage the development and printing of point-of-sale materials, working closely with the in-house agency and production teams.
- Lead value-added marketing initiatives and integrations, collaborating with the agency and media teams to develop and approve concepts.
- Manage the legal review process for all brand and trade marketing projects.
- Submit work orders, manage timelines, and track progress for all agency projects.
- Organize and code marketing invoices, coordinate approvals, and work with the Brand Manager to track the annual marketing budget.
- Manage point-of-sale inventory tracking and forecasting.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and trackers with the latest information; develop new resources to streamline processes, such as SOPs, guidelines, and product portfolios.
- Support consumer social engagement including social calendars, content strategy and refresh brand social presence on relevant platforms.
- Partner with sales on account-specific marketing materials, from creative development to execution, including point-of-sale creative, digital media, and sell-in materials.
- Liaise with customer care team for FAQs and consumer coupons, and collect competitor samples and data during store visits.
- Prior work experience in CPG preferred.
- 1-3 years’ marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Keen analytical and creative problem-solving abilities – utilizing data to identify unique insights.
- Proven ability to organize tasks and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Ability to build relationships and communication effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Desire to work/live in Los Angeles, with ability to travel (up to 10%).
