As a part of our Media team, within the broader Consumer Connections, Insights, & Strategy COE, the Integrated Marketing Manager will play an integral role in managing Media planning and investments across the MHUSA portfolio. This position will be responsible for developing & growing capabilities for advanced consumer engagement practices, collaborating widely both within MHUSA, and the LVMH Group, as well as externally with cross-functional agency teams. The primary responsibility will be the integration and elevation of our core team functional media responsibility with opportunities to participate, learn, and grow through dedicated project leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Profile | Key Accountabilities

Media

  • Drive the investment planning process and the ongoing tracking and management of A&P across the Media team, as well as broader brand team media investments for the full MHUSA portfolio.
  • In collaboration with the Media team and brand teams, provide direction and guidance during the annual strategic planning process for MHUSA, ensuring alignment and collaboration with MH Global Media and LVMH NA Media.
  • Manage the development and implementation of innovative, consumer-centric, high-impact brand campaigns for the MHUSA portfolio, including oversight of media and digital strategy, timelines, ad tech set up, reporting and critical metric performance analysis, plan outputs, and overall excellence.
  • Lead agency day-to-day comms and status as well as MHUSA portfolio comms. Act as key point of contact for agency and brands.
  • Lead all aspects of audience planning workstream as part of LVMH’s Luxury Brand Studio brand planning process.
  • Leverage extensive digital expertise and experience to provide solutions and optimize existing plans and strategies to drive innovation across top initiatives within MHUSA brand plans.
  • Implement LDA and MHUSA code of conduct compliance across media subject area and track quarterly media audit requirements as part of LVMH Media Essentials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring partnership opportunities are established and used to align with brand messaging objectives and to enhance the consumer journey, ultimately growing customer conversion and retention.

Cross-Functional

  • Define and evolve current and new processes within the Media function. Establish enhanced ways of working to deliver evolved consumer engagement rigor to the team.
  • Develop, implement, and manage planning calendars and status documents to drive priorities and efficiencies for the full MHUSA portfolio.
  • Lead the planning and activation of selected campaigns and strategies; serve as a resource for brands, media and outside agency partners, and internal departments, to successfully deliver on planned budgets and objectives
  • Provide direction to Consumer Engagement/Brand and agency leads to drive processes and timelines ensuring seamless execution; coordinate deliverables and deadlines for all channels (TV, OLV, social, digital, e-retail, programmatic, print, and OOH).
  • Support best-in-class planning and execution of Marketing plans with detailed reporting, recommendations for optimization, and post-campaign implications.

Leadership

  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
  • Act as an inspiring leader, partner, and manager of our cross-functional AOR’s to increase motivation and performance.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships both internally and externally.

Additional Information | Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required; MBA preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • 5 years of progressive, integrated marketing experience, including Media and CRM

Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Strong industry experience in Wines & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods preferred
  • Strong background in analytics; ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technical business audience
  • Working knowledge of ad tech: pixel, UTM tracking, CM360/SA360, GA4, social account business manager oversight,
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally to peers and upper management
  • Advanced marketing and digital mindsets with demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and latest marketing technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; comfortable presenting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment: project management and timelines, high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations & deadlines
  • Working knowledge of tools and platforms in the spirit of capability building and innovation
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite
