These centers are AAAHC Accredited and perform a high volume of outpatient procedures. These centers are equipped with beautifully decorated rooms, expert medical staff, state-of the art equipment, and is conveniently located.
As Multi-Site Surgery Center Director of Nursing, this individual will provide leadership to 5 Ambulatory Surgery Centers and will manage all clinical personnel consisting of nurses, techs, and materials management. The Multi-Site Outpatient Surgical Services Director of Nursing will be expected to run the centers in an efficient and safe manner. Further responsibilities include establishing goals, identifying areas for improvement, upholding patient safety standards, and occasionally scrubbing and circulating.
A Multi-Site Surgery Center Director of Nursing with their California Registered Nursing license, management experience in the ASC setting, and knowledge in perioperative services and / or pre-op / pacu services will make for quick interviews. Knowledge in CMS, AAAHC, and Joint Commission is a huge plus!
