Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft Account Executives, field sales teams, and the broader Microsoft community. Leverage these relationships to open new doors, drive new business, and expand our client base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding our presence in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through closing, ensuring that client needs are met and that Formula5's value is clearly communicated
  • Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion, deepening relationships, and increasing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling of our services
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling proposals and solutions that meet client needs and position Formula5 as the preferred partner
  • Use your understanding of the competitive landscape and Formula5's unique differentiators to outmaneuver competition and win new business
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on sales strategy and execution
  • Act as a client advocate within Formula5, ensuring that client needs are understood and met by the delivery teams, and that client satisfaction is always a top priority


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the technology or professional services industry, with a strong track record of opening new accounts and expanding existing ones
  • Prior experience working with or selling Microsoft services and solutions, with established relationships with Microsoft specialists and sellers
  • Experience and relationships within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with clients in a way that is accessible and aligned with their business goals
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals that win business
  • Self-starter with a drive to achieve results, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, effective client interactions
