Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between manufacturers, governments, and internal teams to develop long-term sourcing strategies for essential materials and services.
Lead a diverse team of supply chain professionals, both domestically and internationally.
Monitor industry trends and global challenges to ensure reliable delivery of clean energy solutions.
Formulate and implement global sourcing strategies that secure favorable deals to support ambitious solar and storage projects.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers across the globe to enhance value and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Over 12 years of experience in supply chain and procurement leadership.
Proven success in the solar and storage sector with experience at a developer, independent power producer, or engineering, procurement, and construction company.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build cross-border relationships.
Thorough understanding of procurement best practices and solar manufacturing capabilities in the global market.
Strong analytical skills to assess trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Effective communicator capable of engaging with leadership at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in international business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management.
Willingness to travel internationally, with travel expectations of up to 25%.
