We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales team and enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a top-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to boost revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability among the sales team.
  • Enhance sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness continuously.
  • Take charge of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales division.
  • Create and oversee budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales activities with overall business goals.
  • Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.
  • Stay informed about evolving trends and opportunities in the digital media measurement landscape.
  • Leverage expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively promote our solutions in the market.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in driving business growth in data, cloud, and enterprise data services.
  • Expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Proactively establish and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales of enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, team management, and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Thorough understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams and coordinating sales activities across multiple regions.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends.

Hybrid Role

Candidates must be open to working onsite at either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA locations. Salary plus commission offered.
