Gill, Denson & Company is an innovative and leading property tax firm in Texas. We help thousands of residential property owners, commercial investors and business owners reduce their annual property taxes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our creative and dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to our valued clients.
  • Manage company phone lines and respond to client emails during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 6:00PM, aiming to consistently maintain a 5 minute response time to calls and 20 minute response time to emails).
  • Coordinate client needs with leadership team, data team and tax appraisal team.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise data team with client related tasks and tax appraisal staff to ensure smooth operations (occasionally be available to answer team member questions on evenings and weekends).
  • Assist tax appraisal team with time sensitive client requests.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Be receptive to constructive criticism and apply feedback as needed.
  • Be a confident and passionate leader to the rest of the team. 
  • Training will include becoming licensed as a Texas Property Tax Consultant for industry knowledge purposes.


Requirements:

  • Must reside in the State of Texas. Out of state applicants will be rejected.
  • Positive attitude and friendly personality are essential.
  • Proficiency in phone and email communication.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Reliable computer, smart phone, Airpods/headset and high-speed internet (minimum 100mbps download).
  • Quiet and private home/work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excited about collaborating with others and reaching/surpassing team goals.
  • Process and solution-focused (open to change to improve efficiency)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and a natural aptitude for technology.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented with management experience preferred.
  • Real estate industry exposure is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time


Compensation: $60,000 annually + Production Goal Bonus


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call 8:00AM - 6:00PM
