Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director or Sales VP to lead our sales efforts in the server and networking segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and managing high-performance sales teams within the semiconductor industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the server and networking sectors.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and industry partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored semiconductor solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Product Expertise: Stay abreast of industry developments and product advancements in the server and networking semiconductor space to effectively position [Company Name]’s offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations and contract discussions with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on server and networking solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with experience managing large, complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, server architectures, and networking solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
