You must be open to relocating to South Florida to be considered.
You will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, bank relationships, transformation, automation, acquisitions, and integrations. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.
You must be:
- A self-motivated person adept at structuring ways to break down complex business and finance problems into digestible components and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines—a data-driven decision-maker.
- Comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and culture with a growth-orientated and complex business. I will be hands-on as necessary. -
- Able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way while paying close attention to short-term needs and detailed information. Determines opportunities and threats through a comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
- Creative and resourceful. Expert at carefully managing the deployment of working capital and cash management. Thrive on challenges and rapid change, and work well under pressure.
- Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and an interest in systems and data to improve business and operational efficiencies
- A high degree of attention to detail - does not let important details slip through the cracks.
- Minimum 10-15 + years track record of progressive career development in Corporate Accounting & Finance
- CFA/CPA preferred
- Big four experience a plus
- Domestic & International experience required
- Proven track record of growing businesses as CFO, Corporate Controller, or VP of Finance
- Relevant and successful track record of M&A underwriting and integrations.
- Previous experience working with high-growth companies
- Experience working for a technology company ideally (SAAS or PAAS) preferred.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of (USGAAP) & IFRS is a must.
- Excellent leadership skills, collaborative work style, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a proven track record of building and developing exceptional teams, managing various functions, designing innovative strategies, and executing tactics to achieve growth objectives.
- Experience building collaborative relationships and influencing/negotiating positive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
