Project Manager

Department: WWE Graphics Department

Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage internal graphic request system to assign projects to artists.
  • Self-manage time effectively, prioritizing projects based on urgency and importance.
  • Work closely with our graphic designers, art directors, to execute, manage, and deploy graphics for multiple projects, products, and campaigns.
  • Maintain server assets such as logos, merchandise, etc.
  • Collaborate with producers for live feed requests.
  • Work closely with Manager to understand, define and execute big concept projects.
  • Help onboard and serve as a resource for new hires in the department.
  • Create and publish PDF presentations to distribute for pitch meetings.

Qualifications

  • Possess an intermediate understanding of the production of live shows, remote events, digital, and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a willingness to give and receive feedback.
  • Must be a collaborative team player, willing to contribute ideas and work closely with colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and proactively anticipate department needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in person and across digital platforms.
  • Adaptability to think quickly and effectively in time-sensitive situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are well-organized and easily accessible across departments.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
