The ideal candidate will be passionate about organizing events and have a strong desire to learn about the various aspects of event planning from conception to execution. Pay: $27.50 - $33.00 hourly Job: Full time On site Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event materials are procured on time. Help manage registration processes and attendee communications pre- and post-event. Participate in site visits and assist in venue selection and logistics. Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials and promotional content. Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities. Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the event schedule. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
