Director of Finance

Pugh Executive Search in the search for a Director of Finance reporting to the CFO of an Oil and Gas firm that is located in Fort Worth. This is an individual contributor role which supports FP&A, Due Diligence, Trend Analysis, and presentations to management. Additionally, he or she will directly assist the leadership in identifying and acquiring target companies to expand and complement their current offerings. To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following:

• BBA / MBA in Finance or Accounting, CPA is a plus
• Corporate FP&A experience from an Oil and Gas company is required
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance but with a foundation in Public Accounting and/or Corporate Accounting
• Several years in producing financial reports and accounting for the Oil and Gas Services and/or E&P industry
• Heavily experienced in financial modeling and performing due diligence procedures
• Have set up the financial process, implemented best practices, developed Financial Reporting templates and KPI reports
• Willing to work in office daily
