Marketing Project Coordinator

The Marketing Project Coordinator will assist marketing team members with marketing projects and initiatives as needed across all pillars of Avita Care Solutions, but with a focus on Avita Pharmacy.


About the Role:

  • Support the Marketing Project Manager and other marketing team members to coordinate, track, and adhere to marketing project, program, and/or campaign parameters
  • Collaborate with project team members to organize and document project scope, strategy, and success metrics; Monitor and communicate project status, team assignments, resources, tasks, and deadlines
  • Support and maintain active, accurate, and comprehensive marketing project details in Asana
  • Serve as lead liaison to Avita’s company fulfillment center; assist internal teams with promotional and print collateral estimates, fulfillment center orders and site issues, and inventory ordering, tracking, and reporting
  • Support pharmacy operations marketing needs including ad hoc requests, tasks related to pharmacy openings and closings, and material/resource updates
  • Manage Avita Pharmacy’s social media accounts including Instagram, X, and Facebook; coordinate content strategy for LinkedIn with the communications team
  • Assist with sponsorship or partnership related tasks
  • Assist with event planning and logistics support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


About You:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred
  • 2 years+ of experience in coordinating marketing project elements while in a project specialist, coordinator, manager, or similar administrative support capacity.
  • Understanding of marketing, communications and event planning team structures and processes
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously within tight time frames
  • Willingness to prioritize and adapt when there are changes in direction within the team or organization
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and communication skills including copywriting, copy editing, and presentations
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana (preferred), Jira, or Monday
  • Experience in social media platform management
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in Google Analytics is preferred
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Experience in WordPress is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Travel 20% for events, conferences, and as needed

Pay range: $60,000-$77,000 based on credentials and geographic location.
