Responsibilities

Manage our global brand social channels, developing and executing content strategies to support our editorial and business objectives.

Create engaging content and creative assets tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with Rivalry's brand voice and tone.

Craft witty and compelling social copy, fostering community engagement and interaction.

Maintain a content calendar, oversee production schedules, and ensure timely publishing across all brand channels.

Monitor social media conversations, gather insights, and optimize content performance through data analysis.

Conceptualize and execute social campaigns that drive audience engagement and contribute to our team's priorities.

Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, continuously evolving our strategy and content approach.

Explore innovative ways to leverage social platforms and develop fresh content ideas to captivate our audience.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a brand setting.

Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite for graphic design, video editing, and creating multimedia content.

Familiarity with social publishing, listening, and analytics tools.

Deep understanding of eSports, gaming culture, and internet trends.

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel for events or tournaments as needed.

Quick-thinking and agile, able to capitalize on trends and engage with relevant conversations in real-time.
