Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate leadership training, both virtually and in person
• Design and facilitate meetings focused on team cohesion and organizational strategy
• Develop new training programs rooted in adult learning principles
• Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships
• Manage projects and communicate effectively with clients
• Contribute to DEI initiatives, including strategy work and internal training
