Responsibilities:
- Conduct in the prioritization of product features and initiatives based on user needs, business objectives, and - technological capabilities for the TikTok LIVE tool
- Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify gaps in the current toolset and opportunities for innovation within the LIVE ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap for new tooling features aimed at enhancing the LIVE streaming experience on TikTok.
- Monitor the performance of newly launched products and features, gathering data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Work within a fast-paced agile development process to deliver high-quality features that meet the needs of our diverse, global user base.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a wide range of audiences, from team members to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent education
- 3+ years of relevant experience in either LIVE product team, creator tool product manager or similar roles in an internet or technology company
- Ideally have experience in PC livestreaming or photo / video capture related technologies
- Highly motivated, independent thinker, good cross-cultural understanding with strong project ownership
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149000 - $221400 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
