Learning Associate II
The Learning Associate II is responsible for supporting administrative and logistic functions of the Training Department. This position is also responsible for identifying and securing training venues in coordination with the travel team, while initiating purchase orders for timely payment. This role may also occasionally be asked to assist with some training material design and delivery tasks.
Essential Functions
- Book and schedule Niagara instructor-led training sessions
- Manage participant enrollment, and facilitator/guest speaker scheduling
- Develop training session marketing materials
- Work with the travel team to manage and negotiate training location venues, participant hotel stays, meal catering, etc.
- Coordinate logistics during training sessions to ensure a smooth participant experience
- Lead training session set-up and clean-up
- Assist in coordinating and setting up activities
- Maintain inventory of training session supplies and re-order as needed
- Be the point of contact for vendors and participants to assist with questions or issues as they arise
- Track training costs and submit purchase order requisitions for training payments
- Audit invoices to ensure accuracy
- Work with external training vendors to book, schedule, and coordinate externally lead trainings.
- Work with Leadership Development Consultants and Instructional Designers to assist with purchasing and printing of training session materials (participant guides, training posters, etc.).
- Develop, administer, and report on participant surveys to gather feedback on training sessions.
- Assist with administration of the Learning Management System
- Upload digital courses
- Manage tracking of training course attendance in the system
- Assist with user trouble-shooting
- Run system reports
- Monitor and manage training and development email account, including calendar, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Work with vendors to manage the DISC assessment and 360 assessment processes for training participants; including coordinating, administering, and invoicing.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years – Experience in coordination, administration or related field

- Associate's Degree in related field

Pay Rate Type: Hourly
$22.35 - $30.17 / Hourly
