Job Description

Lockheed Martin (LM) Space is searching for the IT Operations Manager our Strategic Reentry Programs (SRP). This program leads the design, development and sustainment of the Reentry systems for the US Navy and Force partners.

As the Strategic Reentry IT Operations Manager the successful candidate will manage and lead IT activities to include Infrastructure, Applications, New Technology Implementation program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirement. They manage company and third party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet customer's need. Responsible for coordinating

subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
