Technical Sales Specialist Intern (Part-Time)

MicroTechForce, a growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Specialist Intern to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for a mix of Microsoft cloud sales, onboarding, and fielding customer cloud support requests.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and engaging with decision makers and influencers to qualify business opportunities

- Respond to client needs by demonstrating Microsoft cloud solutions and proving their value

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

- Provide technical support to customers using Microsoft cloud services

- Onboard new customers to Microsoft cloud offerings

- Collect customer feedback and provide strategic input to improve customer experience

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies and solutions

Requirements:

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Possess at least one of the following Microsoft certifications:

 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

 - Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

 - Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
