JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Sales/BD plan
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approach
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients ('logos'), ensuring a consistent inflow of business opportunities.
  • Seeking someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
  • Preference given to candidates with connections at Broadcom.
  • Financial Goals: Achieve revenue and profit/loss targets as set by corporate leadership.
  • Opportunity Identification: Understand client business objectives, challenges, and needs to find opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, prospective clients, and business opportunities in the hi-tech sector.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies for the connected verticals.
  • Industry Engagement: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for active participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars, both to promote our services and to generate new leads.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in sales roles within the IT services or consulting domain
  • 10+ years of experience in selling digital solutions/services and transformation experience, preferably within: Cloud Solutions/Services, DevOps, Software development, QA, Automation, Analytics, or Managed Consultancy/Services
  • Previous experience in an IT services or consulting company is essential.
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proven track record in managing and growing large accounts, preferably within the hi-tech or other vertical.
  • Solid understanding of the industry, its challenges, and the potential solutions/services it demands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with international teams to deliver on client projects.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
