We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team. As the Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive traffic and engagement on Locumpedia.com and its client websites.


Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop compelling content that resonates with our audience, builds our brand, and generates business results. You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and be able to analyze website traffic data to make data-driven decisions that improve website performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all website content is on-brand and optimized for search engines. As an expert in content marketing, you will have the freedom to determine the most effective strategies and content deliverables to meet our goals and the goals of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive website traffic and engagement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to prioritize content strategies and asset production for Locumpedia and its clients
  • Manage the website editorial calendar, ensuring that all content is published on time and aligns with our marketing goals
  • Create compelling website content, including brand copy, blog posts, resource guides, case studies, email marketing copy, social media content, and other marketing messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all website content aligns with our brand and marketing goals as well as the goals of our clients
  • Serve as lead copywriter while also editing copy produced by other team members
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper to assist with content concepts, research, and drafting
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and implement new strategies to improve website performance


Requirements

  • Healthcare staffing content marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with at least two years of experience in creating content for websites and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize website content
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor
  • Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ability to analyze data to improve website performance
  • Ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
