Fleet Manager

Rapidly growing waste/recycling company has an immediate opening for an Area Fleet Manager, based out of Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing over 100 vehicles and 50 pieces of heavy equipment across 9 locations...landfills, transfer stations, and hauling operations. We are looking for an experienced leader/manager with knowledge of both rolling stock and yellow iron as well as experience with managing multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Implementing PM/ Maintenance Tracking program

Ensuring compliance with safety standards

Leading a team of maintenance professionals

Budget management

Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment

Managing vendor relationships

Emergency response planning.

Key Qualifications include:

8-10 years of maintenance management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and budget management skills.

Technical expertise in maintenance systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

This position offers a base salary of $125-150k, plus bonus, along with an excellent benefits package.
