About the Role:
Lucidworks is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, visionary product leader that is passionate about Cloud Solutions and the opportunities they provide to deliver innovative and differentiated solutions to our customers. As a VP of Product Management, you will lead a team of Product Managers working on different SaaS Cloud Infrastructure components and initiatives. We are looking for a leader who is a pragmatic visionary who can understand and translate customer needs into requirements that drive the development of Cloud based software platform solutions.
Role Responsibilities
This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. Salary is just one component of Lucidworks’ total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package includes (but is not limited to) discretionary variable bonus, equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, a variety of voluntary benefits, generous PTO policy, various leave policies, and many other region-specific benefits.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and drive vision for overall cloud infrastructure business value, roadmap and coordinate with the key stakeholders within Lucidworks and outside partners
- Own product vision with high-impact strategy planning and execution
- Interface with the other groups within Lucidworks, field representatives, marketing, and executive leadership and represent the voice of the customer
- Evangelize solutions vision and strategy inside and outside Lucidworks
- Develop the go-to-market plan and final release approval on product quality; feature acceptance criteria to ensure we deliver the best experience possible for our customers
- Align team with end-to-end product line vision and the company’s business strategy, goals/OKRs, and key KPIs
- Communicate product roadmap, vision and development status to stakeholders and customers
- Serve as one of the primary contacts with key customers and partners to present roadmaps, take customer feedback and support the effective sales and customer lifecycle processes
- Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of Lucidworks
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, or product management for technology products, with agile methodologies and 5+ years of experience managing a team of Product Owners or equivalent
- Experience with managing at least two product lines or software projects simultaneously, leveraging a common pool of technical resources
- Experience driving complex software solutions that requires influencing cross- functional teams
- Solid understanding and familiarity with cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, and GCP) and developer-focused products
- Demonstrated capacity for understanding customer needs from different perspectives, and the ability to translate needs into product requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to think strategically (big picture, long term) and tactically (detailed, short term), and to align both perspectives
- Multi-skilled, curious and eager to learn a spectrum of hard and soft skills, including data analytics, software development, design thinking, project management, leadership, communication, market strategy
- Excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to analyze, prioritize and align numerous work streams, customer requests and priorities towards a coherent, elegant solution
- Self-directed, ability to work independently and research innovative solutions to business problems with superior and proactive communications skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Resourceful: willing to jump in, work with both opportunity and constraint, and leverage existing resources to accomplish goals, ability to work independently
- Team player: confident in collaborating with a diverse community of people and personalities across geographies, backgrounds, and professional abilities
- Interpersonal with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic and care for all stakeholders of Lucidworks, including employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests.
