Role:Sr. Software Engineering Manager

Using best practice technology and project management tools and methodologies, responsible for full-cycle project management from concept and initiation, business case, business needs assessments, requirements, solutioning, impact assessment, integrations, process mapping and documentation, testing, training, planning, execution and project closure/transition to sustaining
Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered to successfully achieve Key Performance Indicators, providing consistent and effective communication on status, handling escalation and avoiding risk.
Champion technology, automation to drive sustainability & modernization across BDB Globally.
Build Knowledge and capability in BDBs technologies and processes in emerging technologies as well as improvements to existing investments by staying ahead of industry trends and domain expertise in usage of new trends.
Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, Business
7-10 years experience in a manufacturing/business environment, preferable in a global environment
Minimum of 5 years of application and process experience working in SAP. Strong knowledge of data analytics for business intelligence is a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience with SAP implementations with Supply Chain/Manufacturing and demand, supply and inventory planning with solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading projects
Agile, Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma experience and/or certification strongly preferred
SAP Certification preferred
Additional Knowledge And Skills
Strong working knowledge of an integrated Planning tool such as SAP SCM; ECC MRP, and experience setting up reorder point replenishment.
Experience with managing Made to Order and Engineer to Order products across New product introduction, Product Lifecycle Management, and Plan to Deliver processes
In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in SAP applications.
Strong business knowledge with demonstrated facilitation and leadership skills; ability to drive for results without direct authority
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport and relationships and influence senior management. Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; demonstrated ability to drive for results, manage and execute complex projects by translating complex concepts into actionable, measurable tasks; developing business solutions from inception to deployment
Able to effectively plan, prioritize, and work on many key initiatives at the same time, solve problems and implement decisions effectively, involving the right people in the process.
Collaborative and innovative mentality to foster team work, strong cross-functional integration with diverse perspectives, and bring teams to consensus/alignment in a matrix environment.
Ability to work and thrive in global and highly ambiguous environments with ever-changing priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation development skills.
Working knowledge with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement approaches and tools
Advanced in Microsoft Office, Process Management/Workflow and collaboration tools (MS PowerApp, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.)
