Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr. Graphic Designer to elevate our brand’s visual presence. Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling, visually appealing graphics across various media channels, including but not limited to: Social Organic Content, Paid Ads (social media, display, etc.), Website & Amazon Creative, Email Marketing Campaigns, Product Packaging, Retail Displays, Print/Mailers, and Out of Home (OOH) Advertising.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to create designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with operations and innovation to conceptualize and develop innovative packaging designs for new product concepts and/or updates to existing packaging design.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial concept through to final execution.
• Experiment with and integrate new tools and techniques to enhance our visual storytelling, including motion graphics, video content, and AI technology.
• Proactively tackle challenges and deliver creative solutions under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
• 7-10 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly in the health and wellness or food and beverage sectors, is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in or experience with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
• Skilled in creating motion graphics and editing video content.
• Experience in packaging design, from conceptualization to producing print-ready files, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively.
