The ideal candidate will be New York barred in good standing and will:
Be admitted to practice law
Be comfortable reviewing title and have experience attending closings
Be a strong negotiator, an analytical thinker, experienced problem solver and have a strong entrepreneurial mind
Communicate with clients, court and counsel
Be responsible for managing an active caseload of transactional files
Possess advanced computer and communication skills
Salary range is $75,000-$100,000. Salary is commensurate with experience.
