Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH ---Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Certifications are mandatory

Job Description

  • Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, to ensure tasks are.

completed each sprint, and to plan out and execute the next series of sprints.

  • Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers.
  • Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help both development and end users.

  • Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features.
  • Collaborate with the Developers, Application and Data Architects to produce.

  • Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies·
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures·
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands.
  • Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software

development environment·

  • Minimum of 3 years quality assurance tester experience in a structured software

development environment·

  • Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience·
  • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle·
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills·
  • Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements·
  • Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements·
  • Experience with integration of applications to outside internal or external

applications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst – MUST
  • OmniStudio Developer – Plus
  • OmniStudio Consultant – Plus
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect - Plus
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect – Plus
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer – Plus
