Job Description

Join our team as a Weaver Operator at our advanced material manufacturing site. For over 60 years, our organization has been a leader in providing technologically advanced fiber reinforcements and prepregs for diverse markets including aerospace, defense, energy, industrial, and protective sectors. As a Weaver Operator, you will be tasked with creating circuit looms, bombing the yarn, and ensuring the quality of products from start to finish. You will operate air jet and Rapier looms, inspect products to ensure patterns are correct, and have opportunities to work in the carbon room for additional compensation. This role provides a pathway to grow into other positions within the company.

Hard Skills

• Operation of air jet and Rapier looms
• Threading needles by hand

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 2x2x3 schedule from 7 am to 7 pm with openings on both A and B shifts. This role requires standing and patrolling, ensuring quality production in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
