We're seeking a dynamic International Logistics Manager to join our team in Garland, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the global movement of goods, build strong supplier relationships, and drive efficiency across our supply chain.
What You'll Do
Create and manage efficient shipping routes for our international products.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and carriers worldwide.
Ensure all shipments comply with regulations and optimize logistics processes.
Integrate logistics data into our systems for better tracking and analysis.
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining top-notch service.
Lead and mentor the logistics team.
What You'll Need
A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on international shipping.
Proven experience negotiating freight rates and building supplier relationships.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software.
A knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
